At zFrontier, we strive to ensure your mechanical keyboard and enthusiast gear meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Log into your zFrontier account and submit a 'Return Request' ticket through the user dashboard, specifying your order number and reason for return.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and ship them to our designated logistics hub using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for completeness; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
